Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment used in the refractory manufacturing process. The engineer will ensure that all electrical systems comply with safety standards, improve operational efficiency, and support the long-term reliability of the company's refractory products.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for various refractory production processes (e.g., kilns, furnaces, etc.)
• Plan and implement electrical installations for new machinery or upgrades to existing equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues related to plant equipment
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and testing of electrical systems
• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
