Electrical and Electronics Professional

About the role

The Electrical and Electronics Professional will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical and electronic systems, including automation and control systems used in the production of refractory materials. This includes kilns, mixers, conveyors, furnaces, motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Repair and replace faulty electrical/electronic components (e.g., motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
• Work with PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems for process automation
• Calibrate and maintain process instrumentation such as temperature controllers, thermocouples, and load cells
• System Installation & Upgrades

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• Power systems
• PLC
• Maintenance
• Electrical systems
• SCADA
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• TPM
• Instrumentation
• SOP writing
