About the role

The Principal Engineer's purpose is to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability, contributing to the organization's strategic objectives and long-term success.

What you'll do

• You utilize your technical expertise to develop safe and quality solutions in support of projects and discipline requirements without guidance
• You ensure successful resolution of complex technical issues to meet projects and discipline deliverables
• You engage with peers across Regional Centers to promote knowledge sharing and act as a consultant and mentor to less experienced engineers within the discipline to…
• You work in conjunction with Discipline Manager, Discipline Leads and engineering staff to seek continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency of the work
• You improve and promote continuously your technical knowledge and capabilities by staying abreast of the latest industry developments

What you need

• 25–30 yrs of experience
