About the role

To acquire and manage affluent household relationships through outbound sales activities, deepen customer engagement, and promote the bank's liability, asset, and investment products to achieve business growth targets.

What you'll do

• Generate new customer relationships through outbound calling, referrals, and field visits
• Acquire affluent and high-net-worth household customers for savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, and wealth products
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to increase product penetration
• Conduct financial need analysis and offer suitable banking and investment solutions
• Ensure achievement of monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets
