About the role

The Elite Banker-NRI (Portfolio) in the Smart Banker department is responsible for acquiring new customers, ensuring seamless account onboarding, and driving adoption of digital banking services. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective cross-selling, promoting relationship banking, and delivering a superior banking experience.

What you'll do

• Promote and drive adoption of mobile banking services
• Cross-sell bank products to new and existing customers
• Build CASA (Current Account Savings Account) value during the first two months post-account opening through initial funding and subsequent inflows
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly to meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarks
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, processes, and compliance standards
