About the role

We are seeking a high-performing and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients. This role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products.

What you'll do

Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets
Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies
Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships
Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events
Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions
