About the role

We are seeking an Emergency Recovery Architect (SA 5GC) to join our Global Emergency Handling (GEH) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective fault isolation and rapid service restoration during multi-domain network and product outage situations.

  • Emergency handling support for critical customer emergency
  • Technical leadership during network outages
  • End-to-end fault isolation across multi-domain and multi-vendor solutions
  • Recovery strategy definition and execution
  • Multidomain troubleshooting and investigation
