• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and collect job descriptions
• Assist in campus hiring initiatives, university outreach, and placement activities
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Coordinate interviews and stakeholder meetings to enable efficient hiring processes
