About the role

Strengthen ER capabilities of line managers through coaching, policy awareness, and capability-building interventions. A successful candidate in this role will meet the following criteria- Strong experience in Plant HR and Labour Laws 10-20 years of experience in FMCG, F&B Manufacturing, Dairy, QSR, Cold supply chain, Consumer products, Textile, Healthcare, etc industries

What you'll do

• Lead Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, while supporting Compliance
• Take care of contract labour governance and productivity
• Lead and execute the Employee Relations strategy across four manufacturing units
• Oversee contract labor management , including deployment planning, licensing, documentation, and contractor compliance
• Drive contractor performance management through periodic scorecards and focused improvement initiatives

What you need
