About the role

Designs and administers proactive programs and procedures related to employee relations activities. Provides guidance, counselling and training to managers and employees for policy interpretation and sensitive work-related issues. Investigates formal employee complaints and recommends the company’s response to the employee.

What you'll do

• In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and investigations
• Provide employee and manager training on core ER topics
• Prepare investigative documentation, including interview notes and summary of findings
• Consult with and provide recommendations to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees about company policies and procedures and the need for compliance
• Facilitate requests for workplace accommodation

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Any graduate
