About the role

Own Employee Data Management [EDM], HR Admin, and Hire-to-Retire lifecycle transactions in Workday + ServiceNow. Act as SME for data hygiene, reporting, and transactional accuracy.Key Responsibilities- HR Transactions & Data Management: Process Workflow, ServiceNow Cases, and Workday activities. Use Sandbox for Workday testing.

What you'll do

  • Own Employee Data Management [EDM], HR Admin, and Hire-to-Retire lifecycle transactions in Workday + ServiceNow
  • Act as SME for data hygiene, reporting, and transactional accuracy.Key Responsibilities- HR Transactions & Data Management: Process Workflow, ServiceNow Cases
  • Use Sandbox for Workday testing
  • Support data/records management to ensure high data quality standards- Team & Transition Support: Coach team members as needed
