About the role

Campaign Reporting and Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Campaigns are managed internally, without agency involvement. Campaign Monitoring and Optimization: Track, report and analyze the performance of all employer branding/recruitment marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Bring our story authentically to life across social media, blogs and digital channels, while managing the paid campaigns that help it reach the right audiences
• Be equally comfortable speaking with colleagues, writing copy, creating visuals and using performance data to see what resonates and how we can make an even greater…
• Design and Video Editing: Create visually appealing static, dynamic, photo and video content for our social media channels and website
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates
• Track and analyze the performance of all employer branding campaigns
