About the role

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience. As a Process Quality Assurance AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023.

What you'll do

• Play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023
• Define, document, and institutionalize AI governance policies, processes, and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements
• Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Internal audit
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ISO 27001
