EnergyIP System Engineer (MDM)

About the role

Overview The EnergyIP System Engineer provides technical expertise to project, operations, integration, and product teams to ensure EnergyIP MDM solutions are designed, implemented, integrated, and supported in accordance with industry and MDM best practices.

What you'll do

• Provide technical expertise for EnergyIP MDM implementation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and production support
• Identify and evaluate industry innovations and best practices in the MDM and utility technology space
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between EnergyIP and IT/OT, AMI, CIS/Billing, OMS, SAP, HES, and other enterprise systems
• Analyze EnergyIP application logs, transactions, workflows, data errors, and system behavior to perform root-cause analysis
• Provide technical guidance on EnergyIP configurations, components, customizations, and solution design

What you need
