Engagement Manager

About the role

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in risk management, data analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services or a collections environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine risk models and segmentation strategies to identify high-risk accounts and optimize collection efforts
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to customer payment behavior and collection outcomes
• Monitor the effectiveness of existing collection strategies and recommend adjustments based on performance data and market conditions
• Collaborate with collections operations, credit, and other departments to implement and test new strategies
• Prepare and present regular reports and insights on collection performance, risk exposure, and strategy effectiveness to management
