Engine Field Service Technician - Level II

About the role

Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs and preventative maintenance activities on engines and related components at customer sites. The role is responsible for delivering timely, professional service by applying established troubleshooting procedures, specialized tools, service documentation, and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, understand their concerns, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of service needs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine-related issues using documented procedures, service publications, diagnostic software, electronic service tools
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities as per defined schedules, procedures, and quality standards
• Identify required parts, tools, equipment, and resources before and during service activities to ensure efficient repair completion
• Validate completed repairs by confirming that the original customer concern has been resolved and that the product is operating as required
