What you'll do
- Incident & Request Management
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts escalated from L1 support teams within agreed SLAs
- Manage and support Azure and OVH Cloud resources, including Virtual Machines, Compute Services, Storage, Networking, Identity, Backup, and Monitoring services
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, operating systems, network connectivity, user access, application availability, and platform performance
- Monitoring & Health Checks
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience
- Azure
- ITIL
- Networking
- SOP writing
- B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
