Engineer- Control Programming in Siemens

About the role

To contribute to automating the customer's warehouse/material handling operations by means of Industrial Control system configurations & developments as per the solutions designed, within the scheduled time and cost budget, adhering to quality norms and to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring reliability, consistency and safety.

What you'll do

• Requirement Gathering Capture & understand project requirements by interacting with advanced engineering team and other disciplines
• Actively participate in the allocated projects discussion to understand the scope of work and the requirements related to development
• Visit commissioned site for understanding the As Commissioned implementation vs designed and new site for due diligence (studies the site conditions
• Go through the lessons learnt report (from prior projects) and evaluate if those lessons are applicable then to be incorporated in the current project(s)
• Configure the project in the engineering station, develop HMI/SCADA graphics statics, configure tags, develop dynamic objects, faceplates, scripts
