About the role

Monitoring & Health Checks Perform daily health checks of Storage devices Monitor storage alerts, capacity utilization, pool usage, and hardware status. Review monitoring tools, call-home alerts, emails, and dashboards 2. Incident Management Handle storage-related incidents and service requests. Perform initial troubleshooting and identify issues.
