What you'll do

Drive automation, digital enablement and service improvement initiatives across End User Services
Support the delivery and expansion of AI-powered capabilities, including chatbots and virtual assistants
Develop integrations and automation solutions using APIs and modern technology platforms
Analyze operational and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
Partner with Global IT and business teams to deliver strategic technology and service improvement initiatives
