Engineer II / Senior Technician II, Electronics Hardware Design

About the role

Perform independent testing and validation of power electronic products, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable standards. Analyze and troubleshoot analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures and recommending corrective actions. Support qualification and evaluation of critical electronic components such as IGBTs, magnetics, thyristors, capacitors, cooling fans, and related subsystems.

What you'll do

• Analyze and troubleshoot analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures and recommending corrective actions
• Operate and manage laboratory test equipment including CRO/oscilloscopes, AC/DC sources, autotransformers, multimeters
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Service
• Conduct root cause analysis for customer-reported product issues, supporting investigation, documentation, and long-term resolution
