About the role

The role entails the responsibility to Implement, manage and support IT infrastructure Micro Segmentation of the bank. It includes maintaining and supporting micro segmentation tool, interacting with internal cross functional team on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

What you'll do

• Provide support for the implemented Illumio micro‑segmentation tool
• Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors/third parties for flawless project execution and resolving events or incidents
• Coordinate with various infrastructure stakeholders (server, virtualization, firewall, network, cloud
• Assist application and business teams with infrastructure-related requirements and provide feasible solutions in collaboration with the internal infra team
• Report and escalate issues to management as required

What you need
