Engineer, Product Application

About the role

As an Engineer - Product Application, you will play a critical role in helping customers identify and implement the right fluid conveyance solutions for their unique applications. Working within the Aeroquip Business Unit, you will bridge customer requirements with engineering, manufacturing, and product capabilities to deliver customized hydraulic hose and fitting solutions that meet performance, quality, and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Interpret customer specifications and recommend appropriate hydraulic fluid conveyance solutions, including hoses, hose fittings, adapters, and couplings
• Develop customer-specific configurations, create CAD models and drawings, and provide technical support throughout the application development process
• Coordinate prototype development and collaborate with manufacturing, product management
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining responsiveness, quality, and delivery commitments
• Provide technical expertise in engineering documentation, GD&T, engineering change management

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• GD&T
• AutoCAD
• Creo

• B.Tech or B.E.
