About the role

Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities for the manufacturing of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools to meet production targets. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes including CNC tool grinding, edge preparation, coating coordination, inspection, and packaging operations.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities for the manufacturing of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes including CNC tool grinding, edge preparation, coating coordination, inspection, and packaging operations
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, delivery commitments, and cost objectives
• Analyze and improve machine utilization, cycle times, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely order execution

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• CNC operation
• Mechanical engineering
• SPC
• GD&T
• Root cause analysis
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
