About the role

To follow the instructions of the RDS Line Manager. Zero quality deviations & on time delivery as per required quality. Utilisation of equipment and resources. Adopting the OPEX culture as and when required. Coordination with Quality team for smooth online / offline testing of Product Shift worker allocation.

What you'll do

• Must ensure that all his team workers will use all mandatory (Safety Helmet, Safety Goggle
• Conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meeting at the beginning shift
• Must ensure implementation & sustenance of all work permits
• Must actively participate in all Company's Safety program / drives (S7, 5S etc.)
• Must conduct monthly BBS visit & S7 audit

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• 5S
• Safety management
• SOP writing
• Kaizen
• Warehouse operations
• B.Sc or M.Sc or Diploma

Good to have

• Statutory compliance
