About the role
Engineer Quality Assurance at Tata AutoComp. Customer Complaint Management.
What you'll do
- Receive, analyze, and coordinate resolution of customer complaints from OEMs
- Act as the single point of contact between OEM quality teams and internal functions
- Ensure immediate containment actions at customer locations to minimize production impact
- Monitor complaint closure within agreed timelines
