Engineer Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Operations Support Analyst / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and maintain Citi's Generative AI and Big Data platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform reliability, operational excellence, application onboarding, production support, automation, capacity planning, incident management, and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Platform Operations & Support
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for GenAI, Big Data, and analytics platforms
• Manage day-to-day platform operations ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance
• Support application onboarding activities including infrastructure sizing, capacity reviews, access management, and environment readiness
• Assist application teams in troubleshooting platform-related issues and production incidents

What you need
