Engineer Senior, Digital Signal Processing

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Digital Signal Processing is an experienced, independent individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and validating advanced real-time DSP and machine learning solutions for our microphone array, integrated systems, pro audio, content creation, and unified communications products.

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, optimization, and validation of real-time DSP and machine learning solutions for microphone array products
• Lead project planning activities, including defining scope, estimating effort, identifying resource needs, and driving execution to meet key project milestones
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex product issues related to DSP, audio performance, embedded implementation, or system integration
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and maintaining a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation
• Collaborate: work as part of a cross-functional team including embedded software, hardware, acoustics, systems, test, product management
