About the role

The SOC L2 Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information systems by investigating, analyzing, and resolving security incidents. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and security of our digital assets, ensuring effective incident response, and collaborating with both internal and customer teams.

What you'll do

• Advanced Alert Investigation & Analysis
• Investigate and analyze security alerts escalated by the L1 SOC team
• Correlate events across multiple security devices, logs, and monitoring platforms to identify potential threats
• Differentiating between genuine security incidents, false positives, and suspicious activities
• Incident Response & Triage

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• SIEM
• Network security
• Linux
• Incident response
• Firewalls
• TCP/IP
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA

Good to have

• CEH
• Routing and switching
• Root cause analysis
• SOP writing
