Engineering Delivery Lead - Data Engineering Pharma

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of large-scale data and technology programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex business and delivery challenges, owning the data and product roadmap, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

What you'll do

• Partner with pharma clients to translate domain-specific business problems into data and analytics solutions
• Apply deep knowledge of pharma functional areas (Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain
• Lead the identification and definition of complex business challenges, whether they arise from delivery challenges (resource bottlenecks
• Break down these challenges into smaller, manageable components and align teams toward clear goals and outcomes
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals. Adjust and adapt the roadmap based on changing business priorities
