Engineering Group Manager

About the role

This role presents a unique opportunity to build and lead one of SSOE's key global engineering organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team, managing complex projects, strengthening technical excellence, fostering leadership capability, and establishing India as a trusted extension of SSOE's global delivery model.

What you'll do

• Technical Leadership & Quality
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all engineering disciplines within the India office
• Ensure consistent application of engineering standards, design procedures, quality processes, and best practices across all disciplines
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of discipline-specific standards, workflows, templates, and quality management systems
• Facilitate technical reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes for major projects and deliverables
