About the role

Transition technology ownership from external vendors to an in-house model Hire, mentor, and grow the initial engineering team Experience building and scaling systems in early-stage or high-growth startups Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from first principles Strategic thinker who views engineering as a core business enabler

What you'll do

• Build and own the technology solutions for consumer requirements
• Design scalable systems for consumer insights, data pipelines, and internal tools
• Make architecture decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Enable multi-brand growth using shared infrastructure
• Partner closely with the founder on technology strategy and prioritization
