About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager II to lead one or more Analog and Mixed‑Signal IC Design teams. This role combines deep technical leadership with people management and execution ownership. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality silicon while growing talent, shaping design direction, and partnering across the organization to bring complex products to market.

What you'll do

Lead and manage teams of senior analog and mixed‑signal IC designers
Own technical direction, design quality, and execution for complex IC programs
Guide teams through architecture definition, design reviews, verification, and silicon bring‑up
Translate system and product requirements into robust analog architectures
Drive delivery across multiple milestones while balancing schedule, quality, and silicon risk
