Engineering Manager - Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Engineering Manager – Electrical / Electronics Engineering will lead a team delivering electrical and electronics engineering across sustaining, redesign, qualification, compliance, manufacturing support, value engineering, NPI, and product development.

What you'll do

• Lifecycle Value and Productivity: Cost improvement, reuse, supply-risk reduction, automation, and design-cycle improvement
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in analog, digital, mixed-signal, embedded hardware, power electronics, sensing, controls, and interfaces
• Own team priorities, resources, commitments, risks, and delivery
• Drive architecture, requirements, schematic and design reviews, component selection, analysis, debugging, and technical decisions
• Partner with PCB Design on layout constraints, signal and power integrity, grounding, EMC/EMI, manufacturability, and board release

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Circuit design
• PCB design
• Instrumentation
• Root cause analysis
• Test automation
• B.Tech or B.E.
