• Lead & Empower: Build, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate engineers known for taking ownership and driving end-to-end impact
• Architect & Execute: Stay hands-on with technical design, code reviews, and system architecture to ensure the delivery of resilient, complex distributed systems
• Act Like an Owner: Bring a founder’s mindset to challenge conventional approaches, identify growth opportunities
• Scale for Growth: Build scalable systems and team structures that enable the organization to grow smoothly alongside expanding business demands
