About the role

The Engineering Manager – Firmware Engineering will lead a team delivering firmware across sustaining engineering, product enhancements, production support, qualification, and new product development. This hands-on leader will own technical execution, delivery, quality, and team development for an assigned portfolio while increasing team accountability from individual tasks toward complete deliverables and workstreams.

Provide hands-on technical leadership in embedded firmware, real-time systems, controls, communications, and diagnostics
Own team priorities, resources, commitments, risks, and delivery
Drive architecture, design and code reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical decisions
