Engineering Manager – SaaS Onboarding and Reliability

About the role

As an Engineering Manager (SRE) in our SaaS division, you will lead one or more Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams within a Product Area. These teams ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence across our Azure-hosted SaaS platforms, supporting both onboarding and running client environments.

What you'll do

• Lead one or more Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams within a Product Area
• Focus on creating an environment where engineers can thrive, deliver reliably, and continuously improve our infrastructure
• Responsible for Azure-based infrastructure and client platform operations
• Partner with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align SRE capabilities with product outcomes
• Responsible for hiring, performance development, 1:1s, and career growth
