About the role

The Mastercard Payment Networks team is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams building scalable and reliable backend systems. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical delivery, ensuring engineering excellence, and building strong teams delivering complex distributed systems.
