About the role

Hire, mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams while fostering strong engineering culture and ownership. 8-10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role managing engineering teams. Proven track record of building and operating distributed systems, micro-services architectures, and high-performance backend platforms.

What you'll do

• Join a well-funded Series B travel-tech company at an inflection point
• Own a business-critical engineering charter with direct revenue impact
• Drive architecture, technical strategy, and execution for high-scale distributed systems with direct business impact
• Partner closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to improve marketplace efficiency, scalability, and supplier experience
