Engineering Manager

About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to own delivery, hiring and team health as our engineering org scales toward ~30 engineers. What's missing is one person who drives on-time delivery, keeps customers happy, and bridges product, design and engineering. This is a small, lean team with clear goals.

What you'll do

• Own delivery. Make sure what we commit to ships on time and at quality. Set priorities across projects and unblock engineers fast
• Hire great engineers. Build and close a strong pipeline, including people from your own network who meet our bar. Raise the hiring bar as we scale
• Retain and grow the team. Run regular 1:1s with direct, timely feedback. Spot talent early, give people stretch problems, and keep morale and ownership high
• Bridge product and engineering. Treat product, design and engineering as one unit. Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements for the team
• Show up for customers. Join customer and CTO calls to answer technical questions and represent engineering with credibility

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Lean
• Any graduate
