What you'll do

• Lead the Value Team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Monitor project execution, workload, priorities, and schedule commitments
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate execution risks
• Apply Agile principles to improve team responsiveness, execution visibility, and delivery performance
• Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, execution reviews, and retrospectives

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Solar
• B.Tech or B.E.
