Enterprise Data Ops Sr Coordinator

About the role

Overview The Enterprise Data Ops Sr Coordinator is responsible for executing Employee Central (EC) mass load operations with high accuracy and within agreed service levels. This role ensures the correct processing of employee data transactions while maintaining data quality, compliance, and operational standards.

What you'll do

• Execute mass employee data uploads and updates in Employee Central using standard tools and templates
• Validate incoming data files for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with defined formats and business rules
• Perform pre-load and post-load checks to identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, or exceptions
• Ensure all transactions are completed within agreed SLAs and timelines
• Identify data and system-related issues during processing and take corrective actions where possible
