Enterprise Principal Sales Consultant

About the role

This is a full-cycle closing role. We won't pretend it's easy. Enterprise cycles are long and multi-threaded, and you'll run several at once while keeping every deal moving. If you're a strategic closer who likes owning the number, this is for you. P.S. This is a quota-carrying role.

What you'll do

• Own the sales cycle end to end, from a BDR-qualified meeting to close
• Run consultative, value-led conversations with HR, Finance, and CXO stakeholders at 1,000+ employee organisations
• Manage your own pipeline and forecast it accurately
• Build the business case and work complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions
• Partner closely with BDR, and marketing to sharpen lead quality and deal strategy

What you need

• Any graduate
