Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

We're looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Director who thrives on creating opportunities where none exist, opening executive doors, and winning complex enterprise deals. This is not an account management role. This is a role for a proven hunter with deep enterprise relationships, strong commercial instincts, and a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets by landing strategic customers and expanding high-value accounts.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a winning strategy to acquire new enterprise customers across India
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain healthy deal coverage against targets
• Open doors with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Business Leaders, and C-suite executives
• Identify and win large, strategic opportunities within targeted accounts and industry verticals
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure
