Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, solve strategic business challenges, and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will take ownership of projects from initial concept to execution, helping transform ideas into scalable business solutions.

What you'll do

• Strategic Initiatives & Project Leadership: Plan, develop, and lead strategic projects and new initiatives aligned with key business priorities
• 0-to-1 Initiative Development: Lead new initiatives from ideation to execution, including exploring new business models, establishing strategic partnerships
• Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Design and execute pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, assess results, identify key learnings
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, alignment
• Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze business performance, market trends
