About the role

Responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic to drive operational efficiency through global stakeholder collaboration. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with global stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, including BAQs, BPMs, and advanced reporting

What you'll do

System Administration & Governance: Primary internal support and owner. Manage Cloud/On-Premise modules, user security, configuration, data integrity, performance
Support & Global Collaboration: Troubleshoot issues for end-users globally. Collaborate with multinational teams across North America, Europe, India, and China
