EPLAN Database & Template Engineer

About the role

The EPLAN Database & Template Engineer is responsible for developing, standardizing, testing, and maintaining EPLAN libraries, master databases, project templates, macros, forms, reports, and engineering configurations.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain EPLAN project templates, basic projects, macros, forms, reports, plot frames, and reusable engineering content
• Create intelligent EPLAN schematics and device macros using placeholder objects, value sets, variants, function templates, and advanced EPLAN functionalities
• Manage and maintain EPLAN Parts Database, master data, technical properties, variants, and hardware libraries
• Apply and translate international standards (IEC 81346, IEC 61082, IEC 61355, IEC 60617) into EPLAN configurations, templates, and engineering rules
• Ensure engineering documentation consistency, data accuracy, quality control, and release management of templates and libraries
