Epoxy Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Epoxy Engineer – Specialist with deep expertise in epoxy materials, formulations, and dispensing processes used in optical and photonic devices. This role is critical to ensuring high reliability, yield, and performance of optical assemblies through robust adhesive selection, development, and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize epoxy formulations for optical and photonic applications (die attach, fiber attach, lid seal, underfill, etc.)
• Define and validate dispensing, curing, and handling processes for production environments
• Establish process windows, material specifications, and control plans
• Troubleshooting & Yield Improvement
• Lead root-cause analysis for adhesive-related failures (delamination, voiding, misalignment, optical loss, reliability issues)

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Chemistry

• Any graduate
