EPR – E-Waste & Battery Operations Manager

About the role

Own end-to-end operational execution of Attero's EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and IPR obligations for e-waste and lithium-ion battery categories — covering CPCB portal compliance, IPR coordination for imported-product obligations, collection network management, EPR certificate reconciliation, and audit readiness.

What you'll do

• Manage CPCB portal registration, target mapping, and return filing for e-waste and battery EPR obligations
• Coordinate IPR compliance for producers/brand owners routing obligations through import channels — including import documentation alignment, IPR target tracking
• Plan and monitor e-waste and battery collection operations to meet EPR/IPR targets committed to clients and CPCB
• Manage EPR certificate generation, allocation to clients, and reconciliation against processed tonnage
• Onboard and audit collection agents, aggregators, and pre-processing vendors for compliance and SLA adherence
