About the role

Lead equipment reliability and availability to maximise production uptime, quality, and safety. Drive failure elimination through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement while developing maintenance team capability and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end equipment availability and production support across all manufacturing shops
  • Eliminate repeat failures and stabilise chronic problem areas impacting output
  • Establish robust systems for incident logging, root cause analysis, and permanent countermeasure implementation
  • Ensure production lines consistently achieve output, quality, and safety targets with minimum unplanned downtime
  • Improve MTBF, reduce MTTR, and sustain zero-accident operations

What you need

  • 15–27 yrs of experience
